GNYDC PROVIDES FINANCING FOR PEDIATRIC DENTIST
Dr. Renee Dobkin-Wild took advantage of the opportunity to purchase her leased office condo when it became available. Most of the borrower's patients are located in the Metro New York area, and there are many pre-schools, after-school programs, daycare and other schools in the neighborhood. Many of Dr. Wild's young patients are children of celebrities.
Under the supervision of Don DiMartini, VP Lending, GNYDC was able to partner with Citibank to provide low cost funding for this project. Dr. Wild procured an SBA 504 loan through GNYDC.
