Lenore Decovsky Business Development Officer Greater New York Development Corporation      Lenore Decovsky is a nationally known consultant on banking operations. Most recently, she helped create the Metlife on line bank and previously spent 20 years with Citibank N.A. Lenore's background is in architectural design and she has degrees from Cornell University as well as a Masters in Business Administration. Lenore will be handling LIDC/GNYDC's NJ territory and working with community banks throughout the tristate region to introduce them to the advantages of working with LIDC/GNYDC's programs
